Extension สำหรับการแนบไฟล์ในบทความกันนะครับ เนื่องจากได้มีเพื่อนๆถามกันเข้ามา ว่าเราจะแนบไฟล์ในบทความยังไง และ กำหนดระดับการดาวน์โหลดเฉพาะสมาชิกยังไง Extension ตัวนั้นมีชื่อว่าAttachments เราไปดูวิธีใช้กันเลยครับ ขั้นตอนแรกนะครับให้เพื่อนๆดาวน์โหลดไฟล์มาเพื่อนจะได้ไฟล์ attachments-1.3.4 ให้เพื่อนๆทำการแตกไฟล์ครับและติดตั้ง Plugin และ Component ดังนี้
เมื่อเพื่อนๆติดตั้งเสร็จทั้งหมดแล้วเราจะทำการเปิดใช้งาน Plugin ต่างๆกันก่อนครับโดยให้ไปที่ Extension >> Plugin Manager และทองหา Plugin ดังนี้และเปิดใช้งานซะ
เมื่อเปิดใช้งานหมดแล้วขั้นตอนต่อไปเราจะไปกดหนด สกุลของไฟล์ที่เราจะทำการอัพโหลดกันนะครับ โดยคลิกไปที่ Global Configuration >> System >> Legal Extensions (File Types) และใส่สกุลไฟล์ที่เราต้องการต่อท้ายไปเลยครับถ้ามากกว่าหนึ่งในคั่นด้วย (,) ในที่นี้ผมจะเพิ่ม 2 สกุล นั่นคือ zip และ rar นะครับ
เมื่อเสร็จแล้วก็บันทึกและลองไปที่บทความที่เราต้องการจะแนบไฟล์กันครับ สังเกตุด้านล่างจะมีปุ่มเพิ่มขึ้นมาคือ Add Attachment ครับแล้วเมื่อคลิกเราก็สามารถอัพโหลดไฟล์และใส่รายละเอียดได้เลยครับลองใส่กันดูนะครับ
เมื่ออัพโหลดไฟล์กันเสร็จแล้วเราต้องไปเปิดการใช้งานไฟล์ที่เราดาวน์โหลดกันก่อนนะครับโดยให้ึคลิกไปที่ Components >> Attachment และให้ติ๊ก เครื่องหมายหน้าไฟล์ที่เราอัพโหลดเพื่อเป็นการเปิดการใช้งานไฟล์นั้นให้ดาวน์โหลดได้ครับ
เป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย แต่เดี๋ยวก่อน เืพื่อนๆสามารถตั้งค่าการดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ได้โดยการกำหนดสิทธิและระดับบ ที่จะมองเห็นและดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ได้โดยการตั้งค่าต่างๆนั้นให้คลิกไปที่ Parameters ด้านขวาบนก็ลองตั้งค่ากันดูนะครับ
เมื่อตั้งค่าต่างๆกันเสร็จแล้วเราไปดูบทความที่เราได้ทำการอัพโหลดไฟล์กันครับ
